A traditional cold pressed linseed oil. Using cold pressed linseed oil instead of refined linseed oil will slow drying and increase yellowing. For modifying painting mediums and colors, Gamblin recommends Refined Linseed Oil or Poppy Oil instead of Cold Pressed. Use sparingly with an equal amount of Gamsol to create a traditional slow-drying, low-viscosity painting medium
