Poppy Oil is the slowest-drying oil Gamblin offers. It is useful to painters working traditional, wet-into-wet techniques that want the longest possible working time. Use sparingly or mix with an equal amount Gamsol to create a traditional slow-drying, low-viscosity painting medium. Do not dilute Gamblin painting mediums by more than 10% with Poppy Oil.
